Mexico Single Origin Coffee - from ages past the Mayan peoples of the Chiapas region have lived on the lush hills of southern Mexico.

Alma de Chiapas (or Soul of Chiapas) is where you will find fantastic specialty grade coffee. This creamy coffee with notes of chocolate, dark cherry, and orange is much more than a cash crop for these small farms. 

A cooperative of 599 farms comprising 1,654 hectares of land work together to build strong business practices, solid finance practices, and standard management techniques. This has changed the way these farms are able to provide for the families that own and operate them.

Our master roasters artfully roast this coffee to a medium level to bring out the rich chocolate flavors. The sweet and clean finish makes this coffee a great candidate for iced coffee and cold brew methods. It also pairs beautifully with cinnamon and vanilla for a warm drink to enjoy any time.
